Career Opportunities
Personal Trainer/Coach
An invaluable part of helping our clients reach success, Fitway coaches are granted a competitive compensation plan including a base salary, bonuses and commission override, paid vacations, paid holidays, health incentive benefits, profit sharing/partnership opportunities, and advancement opportunities. The main job responsibility is fitness training, nutrition coaching, and wellness coaching and Fitway offers an apprenticeship training program and continuing education for all team members. Coaches are staffed full time or part time. Full time Personal Trainers/Coaches who excel with Fitway will earn approximately $30,000-$60,000 plus per year.
A successful Personal Trainer/Coach applicant should have a related education or experience in a fitness, health, or nutrition related field and should either currently hold or be in the process of completing their personal training certification (preferably a nationally recognized certification).

Working to help grow the studio's clientele base, a Health and Wellness Consultant is granted a handsome base salary plus sales commission package including vacation, holidays, and bonuses. Those who excel at this position may be given an opportunity for advancement into a Managing Partner position. Health and Wellness Consultants who excel with Fitway will earn approximately $40,000-$80,000 plus per year.

Working as a Managing Partner-in-Training to help ensure client success and satisfaction, an Assistant Manager is granted a base salary, bonuses and commission overrides, paid vacations, paid holidays, and health incentive benefits. Those who excel at this position may be given an opportunity for advancement into a Managing Partner position. Assistant Managers who excel at Fitway will earn approximately $35,000-$75,000 plus per year.

Responsible for overall growth and management of their respective location's operation, Managing Partners are granted a competitive compensation package and attractive partnership package which includes a salary, bonuses and commission overrides, paid vacations, paid holidays, health incentive benefits, and a profit sharing package. Tasks may include sales, marketing, business operational management, and staff training. A Managing Partner who excels in their respective Fitway operation will earn approximately $50,000-$100,000+ per year.
