Fitness Instructor: Personal Trainer and/or Small Group Instructor
An invaluable part of helping Fitway members reach success, Fitness Instructors are granted a starting salary & competitive compensation plan, partnership opportunities, and advancement opportunities. The main job responsibility is fitness instructing and programming, and Fitway provides career training and continuing education. Instructors are staffed part-time or full-time.

Assistant Director
Working with the Director as a lead Fitness Instructor, an Assistant Director is granted extra an extra base compensation package and those who excel at this position may be given an opportunity for future advancement into a Director position. Responsibilities include Client Assessment and Management. Depending on individual studio needs, this opportunity may be staffed either part-time or full-time.

A successful Assistant Director applicant should have a related education and/or experience in a fitness, health, or nutrition related field and should hold a current fitness training certification through a corporate recognized certifying body.
Director
Responsible for overall client satisfaction and fitness staff management, Directors are granted a base salary & attractive partnership package. Operational tasks include Fitness Staff Training & Management, Client Assessment and Programming, and Fitness Instructing as needed. Fitway provides comprehensive training and continuing education so that each Director helps ensure their staff and clients are successful.

Working with the Operator in helping to grow the studio’s membership base, an Assistant Manager of Sales & Marketing is granted a base salary and those who excel at their position may be given an opportunity for advancement into the Operator position. Depending on individual studio needs, this opportunity may be staffed either part-time or full-time.

Responsible for the growth and overall management of their respective studio, Fitway Operators are granted a base salary & attractive partnership package. Operational tasks include management, sales, and marketing and Fitway provides comprehensive training and corporate assistance to ensure that each Operator makes their studio a success.
