Private Fitness Training

One of our certified fitness trainers works one-on-one with you to keep you consistent in your efforts at working toward your goals. While Weight Training is our most popular fitness session, FITWAY also offers one-on-one Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, and Boxing! !

 

 

Workouts are approximately 1-hour and include a warm-up, stretching, cardiovascular activities, and of course private fitness training. Important benefits are:
